Is God calling you to serve families in Nepal?

Do you enjoy working with pre-school and primary school children? Do you have experience of teaching or assisting in the classroom? Would you enjoy working with children from different cultures, some of whom do not have English as a first language? Are you able to come to Nepal for a brief period at short notice?

 

INF needs expatriate Christian Classroom Assistants to help with pre-school and junior classes in its Primary Study Centre for expatriate children in Pokhara.

Experience of working as a Classroom Assistant would be helpful but is not essential.

Candidates need clearance to work with children from police authorities in their home countries.

Candidates must be proficient in the English language.
Training in the Nepali language is provided for expatriate workers, differing in length depending on the duration of their assignments.

INF is unable to pay salaries to expatriate workers in Nepal.
Expatriates in INF are seconded by agencies in home countries who help them find their funding.

In the UK / Australia / New Zealand one of the options available to candidates is secondment to INF in Nepal via INF UK / INF Australia / INF New Zealand respectively.
