INF urgently needs an expatriate Christian Funding / Donor Relations Manager with experience of fundraising, public relations or donor relations to lead and work with Nepali colleagues and develop their capacity to support programmes in liaison with local, national and international donors, proposal writing etc. This is INF's top-priority vacancy. Based in the INF Nepal Central Office in Pokhara, the Funding / Donor Relations Manager will develop co-ordinated reporting to donors, including financial and technical information, ensuring communication meets international standards. In the absence of qualified Nepali staff, the Funding / Donor Relations Manager will take responsibility for these activities and develop Nepali staff so they can take on responsibility. A commitment of more than two years is required. Candidates must be proficient in the English language, while training in the Nepali language will be provided. INF is unable to pay salaries to expatriate workers in Nepal, however expatriates in INF are seconded by agencies in home countries who help them find their funding.
