Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor

INF has an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in strengthening quality, impact, and organisational learning across INF. The Advisor will oversee the development and quality enhancement of INF’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning strategy, ensuring that good practice and learning are embedded throughout project delivery. The role will involve conducting thematic analysis and synthesising findings from project M&E reports, integrating lessons learned into programme design, and working closely with INF Nepal staff to strengthen local capacity.
This is a strategic and transformative position, playing a vital role in supporting INF’s commitment to achieving strong outcomes, promoting excellence, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
